The Big List of Invision Skins Sites

  • theskinnery.com - NEW (previously skins.phoenixclan.biz) - Commercial. Now these guys got it going on! If you visit one skin site, make it Phoenix Rocks. And thanks to the anonymous visitor who gave us the link.
  • skins.invisionize.com - Free, nothing spectacular but about the biggest repository around.
  • transversestyles.com - Commercial, reasonable selection and quality is above-par (vRocking is danm nice) - one of the few good commercial sites.
  • invisionskins.com - Hello! Why do you even bother?
  • jasidog.com - Two Free skins but top-drawer overall - wish there were more I’d even pay for them! Two of the available four listed on invisionskins.com.
  • nbsdesignz.com - Perports to offer commercials skins but few and dated. Free gallery is a
  • plausiblepixels.com - Commercial. A handful of decent skins that were free but have since been removed - pitty.
  • crustygeek.co.uk - Around 25 free skins of varying quality. Getting better but definately not in the same league as Phoenix Rocks.
  • 1lotus.com - Commercial. Few but stellar, in my opinion. Make more James damn it! 100% CSS for those interested.
  • extremepixels.com - Commercial. Few but above average. Them and transversestyle.com update so infrequently I don’t know why I bother to bookmark them.
  • ibunique.com - Commercial. Same old story, poor selection, dated, few updates, etc., etc., etc. Another useless bookmark.
  • invision-it-all.com - Commercial. Reasonably priced and some fresh ideas - worth checking out. - toast
  • Skin by Dragonfly - Only a few skins so far but their newest named ‘Dark Techno - Acid’ is exactly as descripted; “A Gorgeous dark and moody skin”. Also some talent in the form of Peaches and Dragonfly, formerly of the now closed IBSkinned.com. So expecting good things going forward. On my watch list.
  • Invision Skins - Needs a better site name but five good free skins you’ve probably seen here and there. Keeps pretty close to the default IPB skin layout but some nice variances here.
  • IPB Forum Skins - Known to some previously as Enhanced Pixels, Groffy has the type of clean look I prefer. Check out their Dimension series. Oh, also has some great Tutorials for those interested in creating their own skins, and will do custom skins.
  • Invision Power France - In French, but when I was able to login has many free skins in both English and French. Haven’t been able to login in a few months but worth checking out if you can manage to register in order to download anything.
  • Zorcean Studios - Seems to be new. A few commmercial skins but appears they’re working on adding many more. Lots of animation and more eye candy that I think many of us are used to. Have a look if you like that sort of thing.
  • IBSkin - A few commercial skins. I wouldn’t say over the top, but better than most. Invision skinning doesn’t seem to be their primary focus so not expecting much new from these folks, but time will tell…
  • GirlieGeeks - CrustyGeeks’s new site. Look in the Downloads section.
  • IBSkinworks - Some great work here and very reasonably priced.
